In addition, our customer service team actively monitors your shipments. Should there be any delays or once your shipment has been delivered, we will promptly inform you. If you have any questions or need an additional status update, feel free to contact our customer service team at ops@swiftlogistics.nl, and we will track down the shipment for you and provide an update, so you don't need to contact the carrier yourself.
